BOX SUPPLY

We can provide all your storage equipment needs including custom designed file storage boxes providing a seven year durability guarantee.


RETRIEVAL & DELIVERIES

We will facilitate customer requests for items for collection for storage and for delivery from storage to one or multiple locations.


ONLINE MANAGEMENT

We manage documents and information stored in our Records Centre with our online service RsWeb.net. This gives you direct access from your own desktop.


AUDIT & PROJECTS

Our goal is to always remain flexible and continually review and assess our service offerings to ensure we meet the changing needs of the customer.


VAULT STORAGE

Our Vault Storage solution provide an additional layer of security and spohisticated environmental conditions to ensure the longevity of important documentation.


VIEWING ROOMS

We have a number of dedicated viewing rooms available for customers wishing to perform an audit of material stored off-site or access large volumes of records without requesting a bulk delivery.


DESTRUCTION

We ensure all document destruction is completed on-site at our customer's premises or direct from our Records Centre via our on-board shredding trucks, which are fitted with industrial shredders.

  3. Then our state of the art barcoding ‘track and trace’ system takes over; this ensures a thorough audit trail is produced and the integrity of your documents is guaranteed
  4. Your information is securely transported to our purpose built Records Centre for long or short term storage
  5. Documents and data are catalogued against pre-agreed classifications, which provides a full inventory of your information. You can even recall by specific file
  6. Retention periods are captured against each item
  7. You have access to a full 24 hour retrieval and delivery service. We can also scan and email your documents if required
