Only 1 of 3 companies have digitized and automated document processing in HR, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement. Expensive IT solutions and old ways of working have stopped us from going paperless. Cloud and mobile changes this and digital natives will force transformation to a more modern workplace.

“68% of staff think business-at-the-speed-of-paper will be unacceptable in just a few years’ time.”

“46% consider the biggest single productivity improvement for most of their business process is to remove the paper.”

Attend this event to get insights about opportunities and critical success factors for transforming your paper office to a digital workplace.

Why attend?

Businesses are continuously under pressure to improve margins in Finance and Procurement as well as better managing employees’ information and processes in HR, in order to have an efficient and compliant business.

Spending less time on paper based processes, gives you time to do the other, more strategic and value-added work, creating a work environment that enables people to thrive and fully focus on the bottom line. So why haven’t more companies achieved this?

Kefron, in partnership with M-Files and AIIM, are hosting an educational breakfast event to discuss the challenges in becoming paperless and to learn through industry research and case studies how to overcome the obstacles to have a paper free office. We will also demonstrate how technology such as EIM (Enterprise Information Management) and DM (Document Management) Solutions provide the tool sets to assist you.

Speakers

Our keynote speaker, Atle Skjekkeland, will be talking about the opportunities and critical success factors for transforming your paper office to a digital workplace.
