Our keynote speaker, Michael Cousins, Chairman and Founder of Triaster, will explore how the Process Approach provides a key step to realising the holy grail of significant efficiency gains, quality improvements and shorter delivery timelines. Michael has significant experience of the benefits of the Process Approach, working on Process Optimisation with leading construction companies such as Skanska UK and Galliford Try.

Alistair Thacker, CTO of Kefron, will explain how technology can support your Process Automation strategy. Alistair has a BSc. in Computing from Napier University.
