Kefron is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a place on the UK Government G-Cloud 9 Framework Agreement.
This agreement grants Kefron the status of being a G-Cloud 9 software supplier to the UK Public Sector and will see us provide our Kefron AP Automation Cloud software to public sector departments throughout the UK.
The Framework represents an excellent opportunity to deliver our innovative scanning and software solution to a wide range of companies across the UK. By eliminating the manual process of invoices, we can help these businesses improve the efficiency of their Accounts Payable departments, though improving their invoice processing times, paper or digital, by as much as 80% and decreasing costs by 67%.
A contribution to our successful application has been our ISO Accreditations, most notably our ISO 27001 for Information Security. This standard requires that Kefron consistently assesses the information security risks of the business and provide controls to remove the risk to confidentiality, integrity and availability. The Crown Commercial Service team, who reviewed each of the applications, were assured that in achieving this standard Kefron has demonstrated our compliance regarding all information security matters including data protection, privacy and IT governance within our industry.
The G-Cloud 9 framework is an agreement between the UK Government and suppliers to provide digital services to the public sector. It allows suppliers the chance to deliver an outstanding service to public sector bodies and not-for-profit organisations, whilst saving public sector departments the time, cost and hassle of running full tender or competition procurement processes themselves. It replaces the previous framework, the G-Cloud 7, an Agreement that Kefron had also been awarded a place on.
Inclusion on this framework further emphasises Kefron’s position as a reputable provider of quality digital services. We are looking forward to working with the various public sector departments, to understand their needs and to provide tailored solutions to improve how they manage their records.
