Due to the phenomenal success of our September event, we are delighted to announce that we are hosting our “Future Of Finance – AP Automation” event again in November. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to gain process-specific knowledge and technology insights to improve your business.
“Improve productivity and reduce invoice processing times by 80%.”
Processing both paper and electronic invoices typically requires manual effort that can be costly and error-prone. By automating your Accounts Payable Department you can streamline the invoicing process, eliminate potential human errors and significantly reduce the cost per invoice processed.
“By 2020, just 3 years from now…more than seven billion people and businesses, and at least 30 billion devices, will be connected to the internet. With people, businesses and things communicating, transacting and even negotiating with each other .”
Join us to learn how you can improve your AP Process with Control & Efficiency.
From setting up new suppliers, raising purchase orders and approving invoices, the AP workflow is ripe with fraud opportunities.
Kefron, in conjunction with BDO, are hosting an educational Lunch & Learn event to discuss these challenges and to learn through industry research and case studies how AP Automation can assist with Fraud Mitigation in your business.
Our keynote speaker, Michael Whelehan, Director of Risk & Advisory Services at BDO Ireland, will discuss the pitfalls and common control weaknesses that can increase the risk of fraud and will highlight the practices and control features that can be implemented to create a more robust AP control environment and reduce fraud risk to a minimum.
Michael is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma in Forensic Accounting from Chartered Accountants Ireland. He has held senior Internal Audit positions with a number of high-profile Public Companies and has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate governance advisory and in designing and implementing best-in-class fraud mitigation controls.
Alistair Thacker, our Head of Technology will demonstrate how to streamline the invoicing process, saving you money and time by helping to repurpose your team to more valuable tasks.
Alistair has a BSc. in Computing from Napier University. He is a certified MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and has over 19 years’ software development experience with large multinational companies.
